"It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend HEA! The workers are very professional, work harder than any other agency I have used and most importantly, a pleasure to be around. HEA has helped us staff in the Hamptons, NYC and our boat — and had applicants available to interview the same day we inquired. Hands down the best in the business!!!"

At Hamptons Employment Agency, we’re here to help you find the right Baby Nurse for your unique needs and preferences. Voted the # 1 "Best Domestic Agency" by Dan's Papers readers for seven years in a row (2012-2018), and featured in magazines such as Avenue, Hamptons, and Social Life, we help individuals, couples, and families find experienced, reliable, and trustworthy caregivers.

Among the primary areas for which we place Baby Nurses are:  The Hamptons and Long Island; the Greater New York City Area (including Connecticut and New Jersey); the Boston and New England Area; the San Francisco Bay Area; and Florida.

A brief description of the Baby position is below. The description provides a general overview of typical Baby Nurse responsibilities. Depending on your specific requirements, additional duties may be required while others are deemed unnecessary.

Baby Nurse Description

A Baby Nurse helps parents with all aspects of caring for their newest family member. Typical responsibilities include helping with establishing sleeping routines, cleaning and organizing the nursery, changing diapers, bathing the baby, and feeding the baby. Baby Nurses may also help to make sure parents are taking care of themselves in the challenging first months of caring for a baby. Baby nurses are typically not responsible for other duties with a family.

With their strong knowledge of baby care, Baby Nurses can also help parents learn how to deal with matters such as colic, gassiness, crying sessions, etc. In addition to being a helpful caregiver for a baby, a Baby Nurse also helps parents by assisting with duties such as packing diaper bags, laundering baby clothes, and making sure there are enough baby supplies in the residence.

Baby Nurse jobs are generally temporary positions, and the Baby Nurse usually works either twelve-hour or twenty-four-hour shifts for a period from two weeks to a few months. Daily pay for a Baby Nurse depends on location, the particular job requirements, and the level of experience of the Baby Nurse Candidate. Other forms of compensation provided also affect salary requirements.

Our team members can help you find the right Baby Nurses for a range of positions, including the following:
