"It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend HEA! The workers are very professional, work harder than any other agency I have used and most importantly, a pleasure to be around. HEA has helped us staff in the Hamptons, NYC and our boat — and had applicants available to interview the same day we inquired. Hands down the best in the business!!!"

Nanny Description

A nanny or child care provider is a domestic staffing professional who provides care for one or more children in an Employer family. Key responsibilities of a Nanny include organizing and coordinating the children's activities, preparing their meals, and keeping their rooms and play areas clean. Additional duties might include driving, doing the children's laundry, performing light cleaning, doing light cooking, running errands, providing tutoring, etc.

Nannies, like other domestic workers, may live in or out of their Employer's residence, depending on their circumstances and those of their Employer. Professional Nannies are usually certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), qualified in First Aid, and have extensive experience in child care. Moreover, a Nanny may have attended college for several years or have a college degree.

Salary for a Greater New York Area or Florida Nanny depends on your specific job requirements and the level of experience of the Domestic Staffing Applicant. Benefits, perks, and other forms of compensation provided by the Employer also affect salary requirements for a Nanny.

Contact us today for a FREE, no-obligation, privacy-assured phone consultation. Please call our Hamptons Office at 631-204-1100, our NYC Office at 212-521-4373, or our Florida Office at 561-962-4188. We look forward to hearing from you regarding your domestic staffing needs.
